I recently contacted Dr. Goldstein’s office to schedule a consultation. Unfortunately, my experience with the receptionist was extremely disappointing. As others have noted, she was both rude and unprofessional. During my first call, I simply wanted to confirm the date and time of my appointment to ensure I had recorded the information correctly. The receptionist responded in a condescending manner that made me feel as though my question was unreasonable. When I called back later to inquire about changing my appointment from the morning to the afternoon, her response was abrupt and dismissive. She told me to “call back in half an hour” and then hung up before I had the opportunity to speak further. I find it concerning that Dr. Goldstein allows someone with such poor communication skills and lack of professionalism to represent the practice. As a result of this experience, I will be cancelling my appointment and seeking care elsewhere. I have never encountered such discourteous customer service in a medical office before.

This was the most frustrating experience I ever had with doctor’s office. Actually, I couldn’t even see the doctor because it’s impossible to schedule an appointment. Receptionist is the most rudest person I ever encountered. First time I called she just hang up on me saying they are busy and would have to call me back. She even didn’t take my number or name. Next time I called she took my number and name and said she will call back later. 2 weeks later nobody called me back. Today I called again and she asked for my number and name again. She hang up on me even before I could finish saying my name. So this review is for the overall experience of scheduling appointments and the way they treated their customers. I wish I can review doctor, heard so many good things about him, but unfortunately you can’t get past his rude receptionist

I just left here from getting a procedure done. I will say Dr. Goldstein is such a nice guy and has really good bedside manners. He explained everything to me so that I could understand and answered all my questions. His assistant was nice as well. The receptionist is such a nice helpful lady. I don’t care what anyone says. This is a nice place to go to if you need work done. I Recommend this place.

I gave 1 star for the rudest receptionist I have ever come across. Didn’t want to help me get an appointment like it was too much for her to do. Dr Goldstein is a wonderful dentist and person who cares about his patients. I’m sorry I have to go to a different dentist

So I haven’t been to Dr. Goldstein’s office yet, but if their office manager is any indication of their service, I am sort of nervous to go there. I called late August for an appointment and was able to schedule the earliest appointment for late October. Which is fine bc dentists are in short supply during Covid. I have to do an extraction as well as check the gums. I was told that the appointment would be only an evaluation, but I asked to schedule the extraction the same day. After some reluctance the office person agreed and told me that she would send me the cost of an extraction a week before the appointment. Fast forward to mid September and my tooth needs to be extracted sooner rather than later, so I call and ask if I can get in sooner than October, and as I assumed they have no spots (which again is fine), but as I try to ask whether an extraction would be ok to do before the appointment or would it be better for the doc to check the gums and do any work at the same time, the office manager informs me that they won’t do an extraction anyway because the first appointment is for evaluation purposes only. She didn’t even want to hear what I so desperately wanted to as

Great experience. Dr Goldstein is very nice, explained the procedure to me and made me feel very comfortable, though I was a bit nervous about it at first. He gives patients his cell number in case of any post procedure emergency (I didn’t need to use it, had no problems). His staff are also very nice. The work they did was perfect, didn’t have any pain or problems. Definitely recommend this place.
